Join the Network

When you register on the Ariba Supplier Network, your online profile is instantly accessible by hundreds of leading buying organizations. Registering your company on the Ariba Supplier Network is easy and takes just a few minutes. You can register either by invitation or walkup.

Invitation. Ariba Buyer and Ariba Supplier Connectivity customers who want to conduct business electronically with their suppliers may invite those suppliers to join the Ariba Supplier Network. Invitations are usually sent by email and contain a link to the Network. When an invited supplier registers, the buyer is responsible for reviewing the supplier's registration and activating the account. Suppliers are notified through email when their account becomes active.

Walkup. New registering suppliers are given access to an Ariba Supplier Network preview account to help them understand how to conduct business through the Network. Upon completing registration, suppliers can enter detailed profile information, view online documentation, and load public CIF or cXML catalogs. Suppliers performing Walkup registration are not yet associated with a buying organization-and without a sponsor, an account is not activated for order processing. Once a customer establishes a buying relationship with a supplier on the Network, the supplier is activated and can receive and transmit documents.
